127 Lawrence Hargrave drive

Lawrence Hargrave Drive is a renowned road that runs alongside a picturesque South Coast headland, offering breathtaking views of notable beaches. Adjacent to the Austinmer Surf Life Saving Club, 127 LHD is a modestly designed house that harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The property features raised and tiered gardens, creating stepped platforms that blend seamlessly with the gentle curve of the headland.

The two-story house has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the stunning vistas that stretch across the vast expanse of the ocean and sky. Projecting bay windows have been strategically placed to frame these panoramic views, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, timber screens have been incorporated into the design, serving as a mediator between light and shadow. These screens not only provide a sense of privacy but also offer a serene retreat from the activity of the public beach and surf life saving club.
