Sherson Architecture has been commissioned be Southern NSW Local Health District to design and document new Simulation Labs at Bega hospital. Situated in between the mental health facility on Ground Floor and the Oncology department on Level 2, the conversion involved working within an operational hospital environment with modifications to existing space on level 1. 

The space will be equipped with advanced simulation technology for emerging medical students, staff and professionals Simulated environments allow medical personnel to practice and refine their techniques, decision-making, and teamwork in a controlled setting before performing procedures in actual medical scenarios.
