Sherson Architecture was commissioned to design 2 homes on 1 block in Coledale, north of Wollongong. The design brief was to ensure 2, 3-bedroom homes + study with lock up parking could be accommodated on the block whilst ensuring privacy, taking full advantage of the views and sea breeze and a robust, low maintenance, contemporary architectural form.

The result of collaboration with the client, interior designers and builders is a contemporary, north facing duplex which captures view of the ocean and Illawarra escarpment.
